3. Working hours and days?
- We are working the graveyard shift; the schedule depends on what campaign you are assigned to
- Monday to Friday only .
4. Do you provide training?
- Yes, we do. For inexperienced agents, they will undergo a 20-day training with a training certificate, and receive incentives if passed.
- Experienced agents will undergo 10-day training with training incentives .
5. What are the requirements?
- If you receive an invitation for screening and interview, you should bring a hard copy of your RESUME on the scheduled date
- If you get hired, our HR will give you the list of requirements
